Do you have a panel idea? We want to hear about it!
We’re looking for a wide variety of panels for Vancoufur 2027, including topics like:
- Art
- Writing
- Fursuiting
- Crafting
- Social meetups
- Music workshops & discussion
- Theme-related events (e.g. vampires & werewolves)
- Video, tabletop, or board games
- Tech-related (e.g. streaming, computers, science, etc.)
- My Little Pony
- Youth/family related panels (for under 18)
- 18+ panels
- General interest
- Panelists must be registered for the event to be accepted for a panel. They do not need to pay immediately, but they need to be in the system.
- If people submit the same idea, we will look at order submitted and panel description and plan to decide which one to accept.
- We did have some complaints last year about quality of panels, so we will be scrutinizing them a little more this year. Take the time to make sure your application is polished and clear about what you will be delivering.

Panels are considered in the priority of the order they were submitted. Our events team will be going over submissions in late December and be starting to notify folk if their panel is accepted or if we need more information. Panelists of panels will be contacted late December early Jan about their acceptance. Panelists must be registered for the convention to be accepted.
