We’re looking for a wide variety of panels for Vancoufur 2025, including topics like:

  • Art
  • Writing
  • Fursuiting
  • Crafting
  • Social meetups
  • Music
  • Theme-related events (e.g. pirate/marine-related)
  • Video, tabletop, or board games
  • Tech-related (e.g. streaming, computers, science, etc.)
  • My Little Pony
  • Youth/family related panels (for under 18)
  • 18+ panels
  • General interest

We are looking primarily for in-person panels, but if you have a digital panel suggestion, you can submit it through the same form. Please make sure to inform us if you have an in-person panel that requires a digital component.

Please submit your panel idea using the form. Panels are considered in the priority of the order they were submitted. Our events team will be going over submissions in late December and be starting to notify folk if their panel is accepted or if we need more information. Panelists of panels will be contacted late December early Jan.

NEW FOR 2025!
We are delighted to announce that in our new larger venue, we have more than double the panel space! We expect to better accommodate larger audiences, accept many more events, and increase setup and teardown time between events. We especially welcome more small performance or music-related panels for a new large panel space with a better-equipped audio/visual system.

Q: I have a music performance I’d like to present. Can I get stage time for this?

A. We’re delighted to invite performers of all flavors, but the main stage schedule is typically very full and our ability to accommodate stand alone performances are limited. This year we have more schedule space in our secondary theater and a large panel room for such events. Still, we may refer some submissions to the scheduled Variety Show, which is an opportunity to show off your talent to a combined audience.
