Conbook submissions are Open!
Whether you're an artist envisioning the World of Tomorrow, filled with hopes and dreams, or delving into the wonders of a future filled with amazing science and technology as a writer, we want your work to be featured in the VancouFur Conbook. We encourage artists to share their visions of the futuristic world of yesterday's tomorrow using retro-modern and atomic style visions of Tommorowland and its wonders, and authors to bring their own imagery of the happenings and challenges faced by the folks who live and work there.

Submissions must be saved at 300 dpi for quality printing. Images will be printed in grayscale, but we will happily accept colour and convert as necessary. Ads must be submitted as either a high-quality JPG or PNG. Please do not use special characters such as '&' in the file name as your submission will not go through properly. The book will be standard 8.5x11 inches in size, so consider that in your art design. Smaller images are accepted as well - lots of pictures make for a great conbook!
These should be suitable for a general audience, and no more than 2000 words in length, though shorter is great too. We're looking for well-written fiction pieces, preferably with well developed plot and characters for the length of the piece. Submissions should be sent in .txt format if at all possible, allowing for ease of formatting when laid out. Please do not use special characters such as '&' in the file name as your submission will not go through properly.
